Tracking Workouts on the iPad

I’ve been looking for a decent app to track my workouts using my iPad. There is a bunch out there and most of them suck. The only one that I have found that has a simple interface which acts like a simple pad and paper, but also allows you to save a workout so you can repeat it is WorkoutJournal. For $2.99 its not a bad deal.  Here is a screenshot of the interface:

There is another app that is very similar called My Workouts, but it doesnt allow you to save your workouts as a template so you can just copy it the next time you do the same work out. That was a big feature for me, I dont want to have to type all the exercises in each time I work out.

That was kinda cold….

I had a good 4 mile run last night. It was about 45 degrees and super windy but I made pretty good time. I am finally getting to the point where I can run the entire distance comfortably. Usually I will have to slow my pace a bit to keep it going. Now to start speeding up my times a bit. I want to be sub 10 minute miles by the end of the year.
