Santa Cruz reissued the Roskopp Face graphic again. This time in white. MUCH better than the baby blue they did a few months ago. I may have to keep one of these for myself!
Looks like the comment spammers are back to UT. I enabled comments again and it only took a few weeks for them to add us back into their rotation. The whole comment spamming thing is actually pretty funny to me. All the effort they go through to add their little bit of junk to other peoples websites.
The only thing that I really enjoy about comment spammers is that they require me to do a little more thinking about how to keep them away. Its not super difficult, its just a matter of staying on top of how they are getting here and posting their crap to various form posts around the sites.
I implemented a couple new things this morning. Lets see how they play out.

Well I am working out some new web code that I have been meaning to tinker with so I am bringing the blog back to life a bit I think as I thinker with the backend working it out. I added a WYSIWYG editor on the comments and in the admin section for posting content, plus I streamlined a shit ton of code behind the site.
I am also going to be working out my ASP.Net chops as well so I may be rewriting the site in ASP.Net just for shits and giggles. Comments are turned back on for now. We will see what happens.
